Compliance & Behavioural Risk Consultancy
Your rules might be solid — but if people don’t follow them, you’ve got a problem.
I help organisations diagnose why people break rules (spoiler: it’s rarely what you think) and design smarter, behaviourally-informed strategies to fix it.
Whether you’re rolling out a new policy, embedding a code of conduct, or rethinking your compliance training, I’ll help you make it human, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
Event Consultancy
If you’re putting people in a room, make it worth their while.
I help organisations design and deliver internal or external events that spark ideas, challenge thinking, and keep people engaged.
From conferences and leadership offsites to culture roadshows and compliance awareness weeks, I’ll help you shape the agenda, line-up and format so your audience stays engaged — and leaves thinking differently.
CONSULTING
Advice that makes rules work
— and people listen
Compliance headaches? Culture crises? Rule-breakers running wild? Let’s fix that.
I help organisations tackle tricky behavioural challenges; not by selling standard formulaic solutions, but by helping them to find their own. No orthodoxy. Just clear, practical advice from someone who knows both sides of the regulatory fence.
Two ways to get me in your corner...
“Honestly, I only stayed because I was too polite to leave. Now I’m redesigning our entire training approach.”

FUQs
If you’re bringing in a consultant, you don’t want jargon, dependency, or doorstop reports. These are the questions people don’t usually ask — but should.
Big-name firms are good at what they do — but they come with baggage. They often have to sell playbooks, push software, or hit targets. I don’t. I’ve had offers to join them, but have chosen to stay independent because it lets me say what they daren't, and help you in ways they can’t. If you want an army of consultants, hire them. If you want impact, book me.
No. And if that’s what you want, don’t hire me. I don’t drop answers and leave, or create dependency. I work with you to co-design solutions you can own, and blend consulting with training so your team can adapt and course-correct if/when required. Success is leaving you stronger, not stuck.
No, and you shouldn’t want me to. You should be standing in front of the regulator, because you own whatever solution we come up with. My job is to prepare you to make the case. And I know what regulators look for, because I used to be one.
Some are. I’m not. I don’t hand you PowerPoint decks that gather dust. I don’t even use PowerPoint. I co-design practical solutions with you. If you want a doorstop, hire someone else.
