TRAINING
Training that drives real behaviour change
Forget box-ticking and boring slides.
My sessions are immersive, entertaining, and actually useful — helping your team understand the why behind behaviour and how to shift it in the real world.
Let’s design training your team will still
be talking about — for the right reasons.

Behaviour change starts with you
Let’s talk about what really drives behaviour
Most people don’t break the rules because they’re bad.
They do it because of context, incentives, and pressures — all human things.
My workshops dive into the real-world messiness of risk, compliance, and ethics, and help your team navigate it with clarity.
WHAT YOU GET
→ Bespoke, behaviour-led learning: No off-the-shelf
modules. Every workshop is built around your specific goals, risks, and cultural quirks (yes, every culture has them).
→ Practical, not theoretical: Real scenarios, real tools, live problem-solving — not academic waffle.
→ Fun (yes, fun): These are lively, interactive sessions.
I use humour and storytelling to make sticky topics stick — so the learning lasts.

FUQs
If you’re bringing in a trainer, you don’t want another tick-box session.
These are the questions worth asking.
You could. But that’s like listening to an album rather than see a live musician. The book and podcasts are samplers; training is the full experience. Why settle for a song on the sofa when you can be part of something memorable?
If you want box-ticking, you can find that anywhere. Most training dumps information. Mine is designed to be fun, thought-provoking, and engaging — the kind of session people actually remember. I live the values I teach: I can’t talk about being engaging if I’m not engaging myself.
Not everyone will love what I do — and that’s fine. If you want something bland that pleases 100% of people, it won’t engage anyone deeply. My aim isn’t universal approval; it’s universal engagement. I design sessions that get even sceptics to think. They might not agree with everything I say, but they’ll pay attention — and that’s what matters.
Yes — most of it is hype. Bad training doesn’t change anyone. But the right training equips people with tools and mindsets to make better choices. And when it’s connected to culture and leadership, it sticks. Mine does.
