Nine words I’ve never forgotten.
A former colleague wrote them for me at the end of a course when we were asked to give each other feedback.
He didn’t literally write ***; he used the name of the organisation we both worked for.
At the time, I loved his comment. But I wasn’t sure what to do with it.
I am now.
It’s the only thing I can remember from that entire three-day course.
What he’d spotted was that I wasn’t in a role that was getting the best out of me.
And he knew I had more to give.
Now I can.
Because I work with people who have seen what I can do and want me to help them.

Which means we'll do amazing things together.
I can’t predict who they are, where they work, or what we’ll magic up together.
All I can do is share my ideas and ways of thinking on here.
And then they somehow find me.
Because what you see on social media is what you get.
If you like the look of that, get in touch.
We’ll work out what we can do together and find a way to make it happen.

My enormous thanks to my former colleague for what he wrote that day.
And to my clients who need me as much as I need them, thank you.
